I slept until twelve o'clock

Due to my alarm clock on a strike here(actually it does make noise, but it just can't wake me up as in Taiwan.), I overslept.

So I checked the powerpoint of the lecture yesterday and had breakfast at the same time.

Meanwhile, I chated with my friend in Taiwan, who has been wanting a girlfriend for a long time.

This morning, despite we were in a hurry to attend the classes, we got up even ealier than usual since we're going to take a group picture of all ALC1 stduents.

After that we went directly to John's Effective Communication class.

And I decided my research topic today, it's something about the entering colledge system in the states.

I intended to go shopping but find the outlet @ Gilroy hardly accessible without onw's own vehicle.

And the worst thing is that there were a group of Taiwanese students going Gilroy Premium outlet today!!

They are Taiwanese students taking summer classes.

This is the second week in Stanford.

And I’m quite surprised to find that the pace of the second week is much slower than I had expected.

I think it may be the result that I started to select which activity to join and which ones not to rather than just signing up all of them, throwing myself into such a busy condition that I rarely slept last week.

I stayed up late the whole night doing homework(not really), eating instant noddle and fell asleep before John's class but I was waken up in the morning.

We're asked to do a presentation introducing one of our classmate today.

The one I'm going to introduce is Takeru, much better known as T.K in this program.

Through I thought about not going to bed early tonight but.... just failed!

Successifully made myself on time for John's class but fail to finish the homework and eat breakfast so I was kind of starving.

I spent the whole night and this morning trying to find the my key and meal card.

And finally I found it right inside the pocket of the jacket I borrowed from Steven, another Taiwanese student.

I can see it from the inside of the jacket but simply can't touch it by strenthening my hands into the pocket.

I got the student identity card today, which means that I'm a real Stanford studnet now!!



And I got up in the morning then went taking a shower, I've long been wanted to take a shower and washed my hair in the morning!!

It seems that I'm actually more excited than I had expected.
