I spent the whole night and this morning trying to find the my key and meal card.
And finally I found it right inside the pocket of the jacket I borrowed from Steven, another Taiwanese student.
I can see it from the inside of the jacket but simply can't touch it by strenthening my hands into the pocket.
Maybe it's a kind of thief-proof system.
After breakfast, Jerm decided to lead us to John's class, which "again" led to our lateness to John's EC class.
I think she's really bad at a sense of direction.....XD
And I saw GSX-R, which is my favorite superbike, in the campus today.
It's amazing and not likely to be seen in Taiwan.
Since superbike is more like a luxurious fancy toy rather than daily transportation equipment in Taiwan.
If it's in Taiwan, I believe the owner has to worry about the superbike being stolen or damaged.
In Taiwan it's like someone may say that my dream is to own and ride a superbike, while it's only part of the life here in the states.....
I think next time I should go get a license and ride a superbike here.
It must be cool.
And because it's Wednesday, we havd a lecture instead of TD class today.
The topic today is about social stratification, which means difference in classes of social status.
Then we rushed to lunch since that we have a discussion class right on one twenty in the afternoon.
It reminds me of student life in Taiwan- fast pace as well.
So I only spent about twenty minutes having lunch including waiting for a long line.
And in the discussion class we played a special versioin of monopoly, which players are divided into three social classes to let us know more about social stratification.
And as I'm always of bad luck at drawing.... I was the lower class, which was simply.... ,miserable... compared to the other two class, the hard working middle class and the invincible and evil upper class...XD
And I went to green's library to do the home work with other students in the same section.
But I fell asleep...... it's a habit formed in the library of NTU....XD
And I did a little bit homework after waking up.
But before I finished it, Jake, Rosa and Naoko asked if I'd like go swimming with them.
Man...it's so cold here, about 18 celsius degrees.
However, how can one say no to these warm new friends? let along the bikini spicy girls.......
I decided to join them immediately XD
It's an outdoor pool which is about ten minutes walk from our dormitory, which is called " very close" here.
But the swimming pool is actually kind of weird since that it's divided into two parts.
One is only about 1.5 m depth while the other is at least more than 3 meters.....What a great gap!
About twenty people joined the swimming in the afternoon.
Only a few boys wore formal swimming suits while almost every girl wore bikini-sexy >\\\\\\
It's always great to have a meal after exercising.
After dinner we played a crazy game called flagcatching,
We divided into two groups and played this game on the oval.
We seperated into two teams and the goal of this game is to sneak into the other group and took their flag back without being caught by members of the other team.
So we ran crazily on the oval for more than two hours.
Or, so to say, "they" ran for more than two hours- I was caught iimmediately after the game started and stayed in the "jail" for more than one hour chatting with other students.....= =+
And the game finally came to an end when Kim, korean social king finally took the flag back when we were "planning" on how to take it back......
Thanks to him, finally can we go back to our dormitory.
And Venessa had some problem with her laptop.
Again I witness how bad can a girl be when using computers....... those stories on the internet are real!!
Anyway, it just proved that I'm real a nice person and that X61 is really a great laptop- I like it!!
I thought about a short rest for "a while" on my bed, turning out woke up at midnight.
Still in the hardworking status, I decided to go to the library despite it's already twelve o'clock midnight to finish the homework I hadn't finished in the afternoon.
It's really a little bit scary to go along in the campus at midnight.... especially one that is so big and unfamiliar.
But it's summer time so that only the studying room is available in the library, which means I can't check the newspaper and magazines to acquire the datas I wanted.
So I headed back alone in the cold night.
When I was taking a shower, Steve, Rogger and I can't help but chatted in Taiwanese- so good to speak the home language!!
We were simply doing some men's talk and surprisingly found that our grammar had become mixed and confusing already XD.
After that I registered facebook, a new blog system including unlimited space for pictures and other new functions.
But the coolest part of it is that it's mutilingual- Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean are all available here.
But for that I already registered and used a Taiwanese blog website, pixnet, for a long while, I would definitely use this one only!!
