6/5
Waking up in the morning, our first stop is another wine manufactory, not really meaningful for two non-drinking persons....
The little town near Niagara falls, our main destination today, is relatively beyond expectation owing to its beautiful view.

Toronto
6/4
Slept until ten o’clock, I decided to check the fruit market out anyway even though it’s a rainy day after checking out.
I guess getting fresh vegetables here won't be too hard....

Toronto
6/3
The bus arrived before six in the morning; it’s freezing cold in the morning....:S
Thanks to a TV interview, the tourist center had an early open this morning so I was able to collect some tourist information; map is always the key item to start discovering a city!

Still wasn’t able to finish the meals I made before so I had no choice but to leave them in the fridge although I myself also doubt if it will still be edible when I return from my trip....
It’s the rush until last minute traveling style like always: thanks to Muchun’s ride again.

Our original plan going to six flags Georgia has to be altered since it's not even open yet....
Not interested in shopping nor zoo visiting, my first stop was CNN building after dropped off at the city center.

沼澤X莊園X美食 @New Orleans
Speaking of New Orleans, French quarter can certainly be the paradise for party people yet it’s not the only destination in this area:
To start with, just like Florida, there are also alligators in the everglades here; I didn't miss it this time!
Also as one of the Southern states, there are also lots of plantations spreading in the rural area: the trees, houses and the layouts of the plantations which used to be the nightmare of slaves now become the most popular getaway destinations.

Mardi Gras狂歡節 @New Orleans
10 A.M on the first day of spring break, after waking up in Danny’s living room, somewhat recovering from the fatigue of driving more than ten hours, all the way from Columbia to New Orleans last night, we headed to French quarter, one of the most notorious place across the country for alcohol while it’s also where the Mardi Gra parades ends.
Anita, who went to the same senior high school with me in the same time while we didn’t know each other through until he Internet the high school basketball finals last week, will not only for the first time meet me in person but also kindly be our guide today!

01/08:
Woke up in the morning and went to pick up the last city pass ticket: the boat ride around Manhattan Island.
The only problem happened when we noticed it’s not actually a ticket but rather a buy-one-get-one-free coupon; that is kind of awkward for a party of three.....

01/07:
Adrian left in the morning, heading South to continue his adventure in Washington D.C.
After iPod from Apple, today I’m obsessed with the tools of google desktop; much more powerful than the built-in ones in Win7; now I’m looking forward to google operating system.

01/06:
Waking up early in the morning to catch the bus to Baltimore and made it up on the way.
Arriving at Baltimore, the most eye-catching architecture should be the Washington monument, which sounds like a copy but was actually built before the well-known one in Washington D.C, is untimely under repair.

01/05:
I’m thinking about taking back my compliments toward the greyhound service after transferring onto the second bus, heading from New york to Philadelphia, which is much older, less comfortable, and probably more importantly: without free wifi!
What’s worse, my sun glasses was stolen when I realized leaving it unattained on a nearby desk for only less than five minutes.

01/04:
Finally I had a day to sleep for more than 8 hours after starting this trip!
We decided to visit Salem, the famous witch town in nearby district, which, I have to say, is really not that interesting.......the following is already the most worth-recording thing that’s related to witch we could possibly found......probably here is only fun during Halloween season....:S

Day12:Let's go Celtics!
01/03:
It didn’t take us too long to say goodbye since most of them left in the early morning, leaving Sandy, Adrian and me hanging around Boston.
Freedom trail in Boston, a famous tourist choice to walk and see the historical part of Boston.
- Jan 03 Mon 2011 23:55
01/02:
It’s already the 10th day, also the last day of our little random tourist group but also the first day we noticed the pricing model of Dunkin’ Donuts’; we could have saved a half if we checked out together in the previous days....:S
Of course we have to make it up today!
- Jan 02 Sun 2011 21:48
Day10:MIT@Boston
01/01:
The landlord is really @#%&......how dare she came in midnight and shut the Internet off!? It’s not even our check out time yet!
Despite being furious, we still picked up our luggage, jumping onto the earliest bus heading to Boston even before the sun rose.

12/31:
Woke up at noon and went to Time Square; ready to start the long fight until the new year count down!
There turned out to be more than 50 people from Taiwan who planed on the net in advance gathered together today; I even met another friend of mine that's also being an exchange student in Arizona!

12/30:
Again we all slept until almost 10 a.m.....
As Howard’s car is the only vehicle available, I gave up the opportunity to go to Woodbury, a famous outlet nearby and I ended up getting the job to do laundry for all of us......it just feels worse realizing the cute girl next door has her boyfriend there......
- Dec 30 Thu 2010 22:04
12/29:
June knocked the alarm clock off so we all overslept and missed the opportunity to get upon the crown of the statue of liberty; arriving almost at noon, but we did leave our room at 8:30 a.m.........now I kind of understand why a stay on Manhattan Island can cost so much!
People mountain people see; I mean......really more than many people!
- Dec 29 Wed 2010 23:26
12/28:
We decided to keep sleeping after calling to make sure the statue of liberty remains closed due to the snow storm two days ago.
Metropolitan museum, which is really vast in scale and meanwhile one of the most well-known museum in the world, is our destination this morning.
- Dec 28 Tue 2010 19:00
12/27:
Owing to the fact that we literally walked in the snow last night, nobody woke up before 9 a.m today.
We went to MOMA, Museum of Modern Art, today: most of the art pieces that attracted me were pretty close to the entry; I guess I’m still far away from a man with taste of art! :S
