Live loose, don't lose!

12/29:
June knocked the alarm clock off so we all overslept and missed the opportunity to get upon the crown of the statue of liberty; arriving almost at noon, but we did leave our room at 8:30 a.m.........now I kind of understand why a stay on Manhattan Island can cost so much!

People mountain people see; I mean......really more than many people!

It took more than 90 minutes until we went through the security check; I wonder if this really helps in protecting the token of freedom.......



Only early birds get the tickets to get up onto the crown of the statue of liberty so we only took pictures under it.

In addition to the statue of liberty, the boat ride also provides another view of Manhattan Island:



Then we went to Wall street, witnessing and joining the harassment against the poor yet famous gold bull.



Walking around this area, it feels like we are in one of the Hollywood movies since so many of them involve scenes in NYC; the only problem is one doesn't feel the chilliness of winter in the theater.



We picked a Hongkongese restaurant for dinner tonight; though probably not so delicious as expected, the price is reasonable however considering the extravagant-furnished environment.




The best-known and most representative in NYC, excluding the twin towers, should be Empire state building, one of the earliest skyscrapers in the world and currently the tallest building in NYC.



We did remember to go all the way to the highest floor this time but it sucks.......literally.....it’s another tragedy happening upon the NYC......:S

Empire State building is definitely worth visiting, just don't pay extra for the elevator ride to the ceiling....:S

由於JUN對鬧鐘使用三重攻擊所以全員睡過頭，沒機會跟漂亮的姊姊同遊自由女神:(

但所謂的睡過頭是指八點半出門前往自由女神，只是因為住的偏遠所以坐車到了以後也已經11點了...人山人海= =；

光等安檢就花了一個半小時(是說要破壞自由女神好像也不用這麼麻煩....這世界上有個東西叫做火箭筒......而且節目手冊有這麼危險嗎...= =?)

因為上不去所以在自由女神腳下拍很多照片，接下來去華爾街看被眾人上下其手的金牛和其他有名的建物，我只覺得好冷就是了....@@；

晚餐去吃香港酒樓，雖然飲茶點心沒有想像中好吃，但價錢還可以接受就ok!

晚餐後去帝國大廈，這次直奔頂樓卻發現上面很弱......；

雖然警衛忘了撕票，不過不知道是不是大家都知道上面很弱所以都不願意跟我們買，最後只好虎爛退票，

後來想想也不過省了幾塊錢而已.......唉...我的人格.......:S
