Live loose, don't lose!

On Tuesday night we celebrated birthday for one of my classmate in civil engineering department.

My other classmates made a special plan to give him a unforgetable birthday!!

They decided to make him get into chaos during the day.

In the morning, they took his bicycle away.

And they prepared many other surprise for him as well.

At the end of the day, they let him "find" his bicycle and we all came out and sang the happy birthday song.

It's really a special one.....but I'm not sure whether I want that kin of experience or not@@

The classes in the afternoon of Friday is about ethic for engineer.

Today they invited Prof. Kenneth F Foster, an professor in university of Pennsylvania.

Of course the speech is carried out in English, which is something I really like.

And I took a chance to answer his question and it turned out to be a discussion between he and me for about five minutes, in English.

It's really a nice experience, I had never talked to someone in English for so long after ALC program!!

But due to the time limit, it's so sad that we didn't have a chance to ask questions.

And next came the original speech giver of this class.

He's a professor in genetic engineering and what I really want to say here is that he's so humorous!!!



And the ideas he tried to conveyed was also great!!

He explained things in a way I never thought before.

Even someone like me who really don't like babys would thiink about maybe I should have one after the speech.

It's really a sad thing that we can't listen to his full speech due to the time limit.
