Word of the day: representative; FEDEX did provide a precious lesson!

美國重要生活技巧: 遇到電話語音機器人卻又沒有SSN的時候，就大喊Representative請它找個會的來吧!! :P

After sending the package, I took the light rail to the airport; it's my first time arriving at the airport less than 60 mins in advance.



Luckily everything went right.

寄好fedex後搭輕軌到機場，第一次要飛前不到一小時才到機場好險一切順利，

Taking the shuttle back home, Luc definitely misunderstood what it means by "receiving a package for me......"

接下來再次坐上shuttle從夏洛特回到南卡。話說Luc好像誤會了什麼，我請你幫忙收的並不是把門上的單子而是我的ipad2好嗎！？

Leaving yesterday and returning on the very same date I left.....now that's sort of suspicious.....

而且在我回來前一天晚上走然後我要走的那天才回來••••••••••••感覺有點故意••••••••••••

Luckily mini cooper is also available here...now I can go pick up by ipad2 and shopping on my own as well!

又租了mini cooper去拿ipad2+買菜



It's already two weeks since the last time I used my laptop, time to pickup the update of comics and status of friends!

兩個禮拜沒用筆電了補一下漫畫、個版的進度&處理些事情。

It's really inconvenient not having wifi at home, especially when I possess 2 iPad now!

家裡沒有無線網路真的超不方便的！

The result of GRE writing test had come out now; it's a miserable one...I guess I'll need to work on my oral presentation and especially "negotiating ability" first.....

GRE 寫作砸了，看來又要去練口說+盧洨了 :s

Finally receiving the call from Dou; when will be our reunion...?

終於接到豆豆打來的電話，不過我們下次見到是何時呢••••••••••••？

It's said that another Taiwanese student is coming to our lab next semester.....Maybe she'll need a second thoughts in advance!

又有台灣人要來挑戰老闆了@@？

Dou was bit by a dog....WTF!?

How I wish I could fly to east coat immediately!

豆豆被狗咬了.......hmm..........別逼我衝回東岸阿!!

I went basketball playing in the afternoon since I found myself not really doing anything beneficial but surfing the net for most of the time if staying at home.........

在家很沒效率，為了避免墮落所以下午去打了個球也太多人，

Playing half court 4 on 4 doesn't really consume much energy; I guess I'll need to come again tomorrow!

跟大陸人打打半場四四，真的沒什麼運動到的感覺....明天再去吧:P

Fiona released her latest update in status of relationship; congratulations, I'll say.

Shouldn't have started surfing the net once when I woke up; I smashed one of my contact lens accidentally....what a tragedy..!

起床果然不該先開電腦............尤其是PTT.....結果在恍神狀態下把一眼的隱形眼鏡壓爆了.........囧

The meal I froze before heading Canada wouldn't give in to the power of the microwave and I realized the turkey meat doesn't really fit the dehydrated vegetable I brought from Taiwan....

冷凍過的稀飯果然不是微波爐就能解決的.....然後梅干扣火雞肉不是個好主意.....，

Anyways the rest of the morning went just fine after I finished one of the most miserable breakfast of all time.

總之把有熱的部分吃一吃就出門橋事情，可能是因為早上獻上了昂貴祭品的緣故，一切看來都很順利，

Back to the lab for collecting my stuff, I met Narges and there might be two new female students coming net term, no wonder I was kicked out :s

回到研究室繼續收東西剛好遇到Narges，原來下學期有兩個女生新生，難怪我被趕出來了 :(

I went basketball playing again this afternoon but had a minor twist of my knee so I went weight training afterward.

接下來去舊體打了應該是離開美國前最後一場球(不想戴眼鏡打球)，今天打的還ok，不過體力還是太差&最後膝蓋小扭了一下，還是乖乖去做重訓吧，

Somehow I got involved in a volleyball game after watching people playing aside later and played all the way until the sky went dark at 9 p.m!

回去的路上在天橋上看了一下別人打沙灘排球結果就被叫進去亂入打到九點天黑了才結束。

晚上都在宅結果又棄守了.............完全沒有抵抗力嘛我 :(

Didn't even write diary these days; staying at home and I'll simply waste the time!

待在家裡真的很混......囧

The only important thing Happened: my cellphone miraculously started working again after breaking down for months!

Maybe it realizes now it's almost time to go home as well!

似乎是知道要回家了，壞掉已久的手機居然復活了！！

Woke up before 9 A.M & started packing, still couldn't finish as packing itself never comes to an end though; thanks to the help from all that I was able to arrive at the small yet delicate CAE airport.

九點不到就起床繼續打包行李，不過秉持著拖拖拉拉人的習性結果還是拖到了最後一刻，感謝大家的幫忙讓我能順利去搭飛機，雖然小小的，但離南卡首都15分鐘的小機場既方便又漂亮還有免費無線網路就是個讚。



So after studying at USC for more than 10 months, I finally have the chance now to experience my very first time flying from this capital airport that's only 15 mins away from campus.

Another first time experience today: sitting at the last row of a smaller airplane allows one to feel the acceleration as exciting as the roller coaster.

小飛機坐最後一排果然很能體驗到加速的感覺

Landing at Detroit in a dense fog is another thrilling experience; luckily the captain made a successful landing at this great airport that's so big in scale with airport metro and a spectacular walkway with fascinating lights!



在大霧中刺激的降落在大到有真∙機場捷運的底特律機場的地底連接隧道也做的太夢幻，

The absence of free wifi may be the biggest disadvantage here.

但連星巴克和麥當勞都沒有免費無線網路令人頗為失望。

Anyways, it's just a transferring airport for me.

I soon got on a much bigger plane with all The flight attendant being Asian somehow.

換到了比較大台、空服員全都是亞洲人的飛機

After a short delay, our flight from Detroit to L.A had finally taken off.

想不到不過是個普妹居然能讓整飛機的人等15分鐘，厲害。

The domestic flights charges everything including food, Internet to even movies!



沒想到Delta更厲害，不只吃的要錢、網路要錢、連看電影也要錢••••••••••••

I'm so glad that I not only have two ipad now but also grabbed some fast food before boarding!

那不是好險我剛剛有先買麥當勞來吃&有帶(兩台)ipad2。

The night view was okay down there; I should probably try I book a flight that flies on day time so I can probably enjoy some view from above the air!

下次或許應該白天來坐這段看能不能鳥瞰一下大峽谷，不過還得萬里無雲才行。好險聽音樂不用收錢不然真的要翻臉了。

I didn't receive the message from Rex and realized that I forgot to leave the keys to him....

到L.A才收到REX傳來的簡訊說我鑰匙忘了留下了，

What a miserable an meanwhile ridiculous mistake as there's no package service at LAX!

超囧的••••••••••••因為堂堂L.A機場居然沒有個郵局OR FEDEX，而且排隊一直被放到比較長的路線還被搜身是怎樣••••••••••••= =？



After my begging, the ground crew of China airline finally accepted to do me a favor....hope he'll remember....;s

在我苦苦哀求後華航地勤說願意幫我寄，希望可以安全到達@@。

There's iPad2 and Asian everywhere in LAX; now that's California style I'll say.

雖然LAX到處都是ipad2，還有亞洲人妹也不少，

The boarding building for international flights is truly far away that we even need to take a bus, going through the runway (without being smashed by the giant wheels if the aircrafts) to the actual building where we actually boarded.

但華航的候機室未免也被排的太偏遠，很熱然後設施真的很簡陋。再次搭上了巴士去搭機。
