7/19:
Got the email from University of South Carolina; now I have lots of things to deal with; including GRE :S

But this Monday is not so blue since we only have one hour class because today is Nabada, a local holiday, which means floating on the river.

Lots of people were already waiting along the bank with their platforms, so were those interesting boats; German people are far from boring and lack of humor apparently.

Despite we didn’t prepare any floating item, we still jumped in the river to join while the water was still a little bit chilly in this hot summer day.

Then we returned to the center of the town, where the festival continues.

Hungry as we were, however, we decided to have dinner together, which turned out to be my first pig leg experience in Germany; too dry and salty that none of us could finish...........what a waste of money :(
