Live loose, don't lose!

7/17:

I walked around Bruges, said to be the most beautiful place in Belgium.

Exploring this small yet historical town is definitely enjoying; especially when finding a seat at the three euro spagetti restaurant!



But the saint blood won't show its miracle before 2 p.m and I just don’t want to wait two hours just for that so I took the train to Brussels after buying some famous Belgium chocolates.

I only had less than an hour to explore Brussels before the next connecting train to Cologne comes.

Of course I didn’t miss the waffle with ice cream on it; yum-yum!



The statue of Mannekin Pis, probably one of the best known kids in the world, is a must see.

It’s a pity I didn’t have time to visit the museum of its clothes, let alone the European Union headquarter buildings.

Maybe I should have arragned more time for Brussel (and it’s definitely not because of the special district around North Station :P)

Anyways I checked in the hostel nearby the train station in Cologne after the three hour ICE train ride. It’s quite a nice hostel but of course not comparible with the luxurious hotel at the other side of the track where the nice Taiwanese family who gave me a ride last week to Rotterdam lived. I wished I was that rich!

We found a spot at the bank for the firework festival tonight after dinner.



Despite it’s kind of tiring to move the babe cart in the crowd, the fantastic firework with beautiful music tonight is definitely worthwhile!

The firework lighted up the city famous for the tall church; now that's the firework I've been expecting!!

在號稱比利時最美的布魯日隨便逛逛，

真的很多漂亮的地方：漂亮的大廣場、真假難辨的耶穌聖血以及價格令人卻步的巧克力，還有來自台灣的絲綢地圖!

此時來到"只要"三歐的義大利麵餐廳........喔都要哭了.......居然有好心人願意跟我share位子讓我都快哭了!!!

吃完了之後再隨便逛逛，懶得去看聖血變態，於是搭上火車前往布魯塞爾；

不到一小時的布魯塞爾之遊也可以包含尿尿小童和鬆餅，

不過歐盟辦公大樓系列就殘念嚕，

我絕對不是因為北站某側有特別的店所以才覺得布魯塞爾應該要待久一點的唷 :P

跟上周的超nice婆媳孫組合再相逢，雖然鐵軌這邊的hostel除了蓮蓬頭以外都挺不錯的，

不過和有錢人住在鐵軌另一邊的豪華旅館一比還是馬上被踩到地上去...送上了比利時巧克力換到了半頓晚餐，有錢真好!!!

接下來就要當抬嬰兒車的苦力，不過今天晚上的音樂煙火真的太讚了!!
