This Saturday is another big activity for ALC students, it's day to go to great America!

It's the most famous and biggest amusement park in southern Califonia.

And most students decided to give it a try so signed up and paid for this activity.

So again we took the shuttle buses they rented to get here.

And this amusement park is considerably large- American size!!

Of course we took pictures-everywhere!!

And students divided into two groups;

One is excitment tracing group, people wishing to try all the exciting and thrilling rides.

While the other is filled with people who don't want to experience that kind of excitement.

And obviously I'm a member of the first group!!!

There are simply full of different kinds of rides.

Most of the rides are similar as in Taiwan- another internatiional culture.

But they have little games here everywhere inside the park, something that's quite similar to the games in night market in Taiwan.

And of sure it costs money, which I think it's fun and should be profitable.

The first ride we took is "Fly Deck" it's really exciting and it's a ride I never saw in Taiwan before.

The rider was more like standing than sitting.

I skipped on that kept circling, I don't like feeling dizzy.

And the last ride we took in the morning is a circular boat which went through the route.

And we got wet, which is the main reason why I didn't bring my camera and took pictures.

At noon, they dinned in a fastfood estaurant.

But I thout it's kind of expensive and that I wanted to experience as much rides as possible.

So I went take the "free fall" on my own during lunch time.

It's exciting, and since it would lift the rider up to an altitude and relased, so I enjoyed a great view of all the park and a thrilling ride after the gorgeous view.

And the first ride we took ...........well, it's not that exciting.

But it's ok~ the main pleasure here came from people who are with you.

Then we went another exciting ride, it's really not bad!!

It's called "The Demon"

And sadly a ride here is not available today, probably it's under repair.

I believed it would be exciting since the route seemed exciting already XD

And then we went taking a ride that is also on water.

But again since I sat at the right place, I didn't get wet.

I planned a trick here.

There was a bridge above the route of the ride, and water would splash onto the bridge when rides went under it.

So I said " hey~ let me take a picture for you guys, stay there!!"

And they got all wet XD

But quickly I was pulled there...... revenge is sweet, I believed.

Then we went taking the "Fly Deck" for another three times~!!

This time Thomas also joined us- he was a member of the second group at first.

But he said now he loves taking thrilling rides as well!!

We took the first line this time and held our hands up together- really exciting XD

And I had a copy of this picture, kind of expensive.

I think it would be more convenient if they can give the picture file rather than a real picture, but considering profit.... I think they won't do it.

So sad that we had to leave by six to go back to our dormitory, resulting that we had no choice but missed the firework tonight in the amusement park.

And we again took a shuttle bus back to Stanford campus, on which everyone were just so tired and fell asleep...............deeply XD

And since everyone simply had a good time and truly enjoyed themselves, it's not surprising that everyone just went back to sleep early today.
