NTU BBS, the biggest bulletin board system in Taiwan has been down for couple of days already; luckily I had printed out the information I found already.
Owing to the traveling experiences I had already, I finished packing within an hour, just enough to catch the bus to New York thanks to Muchun’s ride.
I didn’t have time to get a pair of gloves before boarding; hope I can survive and come back South after the Christmas break in East Coast!
I thought passengers with tickets should be able to get onto the bus first so I pissed people surrounding the door of the bus: this Asian guy is trying to cut our "line," they said.
Anyways, I still found a seat right behind the driver; it was nice until the second driver took over, who kept chatting loudly on phone with his friends along the way.
But I had a good time sleeping after putting my headphone on; thanks to my unfriendly looking so no one sat next to me as well I guess.......:S
*Quick reminders for cheap yet long-distance bus ride:
1. It’s not a good idea to bring fast food onboard without finishing it when it’s still hot: it’s way far from delicious......:S
2. The restroom onboard is simply disgusting; I would definitely skip it if I knew there will be two resting stops!
3. Why would my fast food become cold before I had it? Because it got freaking colder and colder! Do bring a jacket/sth so you don’t get to New York ice-cold.....

冬至的P1持續掛掉中，那不是好險我有先把行程資料存起來不然就吃屎了；
一小時整理行李這招練得很熟練了 :P
時間還是抓得太趕，即使就甘心的沐春兄飛車載我來不及買手套，算了，生命總會為自己找到出路XD；
上車時旁邊的人不知道在酸三小，你們那樣叫排隊嗎? 而且我就覺得有買票可以先上嘛，最後上車還不是有好位子，奇怪；
然後車上廁所超噁心，逼我在沒有燈的位子上戴隱形眼鏡，好險沒掉不然就好笑了@@；
麥當勞冷掉真的很噁心.....拼老命的把它吞完後不囉嗦進入個昏睡模式，兇惡人旁邊不會有人坐在此時成為了讓我可以半躺著睡的好幫手。

The skyline of Manhattan is already spectacular and so are the connecting bridges.
The BBS system remained down so I wasn’t able to find the phone number of the person I contacted to go shopping together at Woodbury, the most famous outlet near New York City. :(
Luckily another friend I found online was willing to let me put my luggage at her place first before I alternated my schedule to explore NYC together with her.
First we went to an art exhibition, of which I didn’t really get much out......I’m just not that much an art person.
Then we went to the well-known Fifth Avenue, which probably just like Avenue des Champs-Élysées in Paris, fed up with the flagship stores of luxurious brands; pretty much a place to encourage people with the scary price tags.......:S
Okay; the conspicuous glass-made apple store should be an exception;
We had lunch at a mini burger shop, famous it may be, the food here is much less than enough.
Then we went to a Muji shop, one of many around the world which my companion today insisted in visiting.
One of the best-known, and meanwhile my favorite characteristic of the big apple is Broadway.
Thanks to the well-developed market mechanism, we got the standing tickets for the musical Mamma Mia with an affordable price.
Considering the price and the full view of the stage, standing behind the last row is actually not that bad....
It’s already midnight after I got my luggage and started heading to stay with my real travel mates I found from the Internet this time.
Walking all day long, I soon fell asleep after saying hi to everyone.

第二個司機開車頗為兇悍....GOOD，只是太愛講電話喇賽有點吵，不過耳機戴起來睡就對了；
早知道中間有休息兩次就絕對不會踏進那恐怖的車上廁所了，不過外面變的有點冷了......，
剛到馬里蘭的時候更是覺得快要升天，於是趕快穿上第二件褲子，
再睡一陣起床後遠遠就看到曼哈頓天際線，果然夠囂張，然後聯外的橋梁也頗強的....
不過PTT沒好果然是要跟Woodbury說掰掰了，好險好心的網友願意借我寄放行李；揪甘心！
去看了個奇妙的展覽但我不是藝術人，
之後就來逛逛有名的第五大道，就跟香榭里舍大道一樣，是個看各家名牌店爭奇鬥艷+用嚇死人的標價來激勵人努力賺錢，
到聽說很有名但很明顯吃不飽的漢寶店買了個薯條充飢；
晚上在陪同行正妹逛了她立志要逛完全世界的其中一家無印良品後的舊道有名的百老匯買了媽媽咪呀的站票，
雖然是站在一樓最後面有點累，但很幸運的view都沒有被擋到，而且重點是只要20塊出頭，這麼便宜叫我站10場都不是問題阿!!!
半夜拿了早上寄放在別人那的行李在路上走，雖然交易電鍋的時間延後了所以不用再多拿個電鍋，不過半夜拖著行李在紐約趴趴走還是很累阿；
好不容易找到房間跟大家稍微打個招呼後即使少一張床墊還是一覺到天明!
