Woke up before 4 o’clock for the first train; sadly no one’s online at this timing so I couldn’t find anyway to share the spectacular view with.

So it’s time to say good bye to this lovely hostel to visit the Jungfrau.

There were a noisy China tourist group that took the wrong train.........annoying...= =

Anyways this famous cog rail is really steep, just like what I learned from the group project in a previous class, it is truly a wonder of engineering.

A large portion of this railroad is actually inside a tunnel, while they designed two intermediate stations so we can see through the windows from the cliff.

The terminal station of this railroad is on Mt. Jungfrau, also called as “Top of Europe” as it’s the highest train station in Europe.

Despite the ticket is kind of expensive, but everything in the train station including an ice palace, the observatory is free of entrance.

No one’s gonna charge you for a little hike on the glacier either of course.

But the snow wets my shoes immediately so I gave up walking to the camping house even though it looks close.

Then I understood how tiring it is to go uphills compared to downhills.

I took a nap on the comfortable chairs on the snow field, watching people play snow sports rather than joining them.

An Australian girl made a perfect picture for the mountain view.......lol

As I can’t endure the luring smell from the Korean peoples’ instant noodle, I took the train back to Interlaken after sending a postcard home from the top of Europe. I fell asleep and didn’t stop by the town of the beautiful waterfall.

Today is actually the national day of Switzerland, which not only means there’s gonna be a celebration but also the fact that all stores will close early.........

The hostel I stayed tonight sucks totally......the Internet is not included, the shower place is outside the bedroom building and the bedroom is smaller than small!

So I took my laptop to the previous hostel I stayed in and used the Internet there before going to the park to watch the celebration firework, which sounds great but the firework was mostly covered by smoke and fog........what a terrible weather for National day.....:(

The only good thing about the hostel tonight is that there’s only two people in a 4-bed room.

There are actually tons of things undone but this beautiful country simply wants me to take it easy...................Yes my girl at the top of Europe!
