I got up early this morning, which is not normal for me during summer vacation, since there's an explanation meeting for the partime job tomorrow.
It's more than shocking when he said that the job starts tomorrow morning at 04:30!!!
Four thirty!! Only when struggling for the final test and staying up the whole night would I see such timing= =
We all felt like got caught in a trap when hearing this since the paying sucks as to this matter.
How could such important "details" be told only when the working day is tomorrow!!
It's totally a fraud!!
I feel like getting close to dead when getinng up by four o'clock >_<
One good thing is that I got a chance to take a picturre of the spectacular moon- on the road.
The other benefit is that I can ride faster than usual :P
Since our work is to measure the depth of the river for further studies, we have to do it on the river.
It's fun to be on the boat only at the first beginning :(
Trust me, you would feel no fun at all after doing the same thing for consecutive two or three hours under the burning sun, let alone we have a total 14 hour working span.
Again I have to emphasize, I would definitely quit this part time "opportunity" if I knew the content in advance!!
No wonder civil engineering is considered worse to other high-tech department :(
I found the money I earned is actually less than that I've lost in the stock market, which I could have avoided if I stayed at home.
But I did find some methods to make myself feeling better during the rest.
I took several pictures of the river.
These are beautiful river views as the pictures shows, since you can't smell the terrible smell nor see the floating "things" on the river.
It's really strong of me to being able to have lunch and dinner after seeing those.
I like this one a lot, the river at night is like a mirror, reflecting all the scenes!
By the way,I was astonished by the adaptability of human kind- I feel the ground is shaking no matter I am standing or sitting after I got off the boat, which shows that my body had already adjusted to suit the shaking condittion aboard.
Being extremely tired and dizzy, I scratched my Dad's car accidentally :(
I thought I would be severely scolded but instead somehow I got the permission of borrowing the car in the future, pretty much out of my expectation.
Maybe it's a make up for my tiring part time job today :)
